Yoga practice eases our mind, stabilizes our body, and expands our breath. By engaging with each other, virtually at the moment, practicing stress reduction, through physical postures, breathing and meditation, while learning timeless lessons of yogic philosophy, we stimulate the body, mind, and spirit, to homeostasis.
