Breathing in,

and breathing out.

Just notice how your breath is connected to your energy, your mindset, the feelings in your body. 

Notice the vibration as you breath in

and breath out.

And how each vibration in our own physicality applies to our thoughts and our feelings. 

And every thought has a frequency.

And we begin to learn how to keep that frequency more and more in balance for ourselves and then to be able to be of service to others.
