Why yoga? How does the yoga practice encourage balance in an individual? How does engaging in the breath work, practicing the postures with flow - vinyasa, chanting mantras , and listening to timeless yogic philosophy, stimulate the entire conscious body systems to rebalance, reboot, and reconfigure themselves into a place of less fear and more love? How does practice, both alone and in a group, change the very nature of a personality? In which modality is the initial shift created: breath, body, mind, or spirit?
