 Yoga - the  practice of embodying postures with alignment,  expansive  breath, and intelligent awareness,  to  increase our ability to access our well being, our heart, our transcendent self.  Through the  timeless  lessons of yogic philosophy, we learn how to  live in harmony with ourselves and others. 

My  public classes: IN PERSON  w/live streaming  Tuesdays and Fridays 8:30-9:30am, Saturdays (with live music) 9:45am-11am, at Mandala Yoga in Amagansett, NY.  Sign up: I offer private lessons, group classes, and workshops in person, and on line.  Practice fundamental and advanced yoga postures,  learn yoga anatomy,  and yoga philosophy.
