 Yoga - a practice of embodiment, of asanas/ postures with alignment,   utilizing  prana/ the expansive  breath, with jnana/ intelligent awareness,  to  increase our ability to access our well being, our heart, our transcendent self.  Through the  timeless  lessons of yogic philosophy, we learn how to  live in harmony with ourselves and others.
