 Yoga practice eases our mind, stabilizes our body, and expands our breath.  Through a grounded, aligned, strengthening, physical practice of yoga  postures, with accompanying breathing and mindfulness exercises, we stimulate the body, mind, and spirit, to homeostasis, while assimilating timeless  lessons of yogic philosophy.  Yoga is a remarkable modality of transformation, for  all people of all ages.

Join  me  for public classes, LIVE  Fridays 8:30-9:30am, Saturdays 9:45am- 11 am,  at Mandala Yoga Center, in  Amagansett Square,  both of these classes are  live streamed, and Tuesdays on Zoom 8:30 - 9:30 am,  through the mandala yoga website, ( www.mandalayoga.comI am delighted to continue teaching Anatomy and  Asana workshops, as well, this autumn. I offer private classes, in yoga,  yoga philosophy, anatomy, and wellness, in person and on line.
