 Yoga practice eases our mind, stabilizes our body, and expands our breath. By engaging with each other, virtually at the moment, practicing  stress reduction, through physical postures, breathing and meditation, while learning timeless  lessons of yogic philosophy,  we stimulate the body, mind, and spirit, to homeostasis. Yoga is a remarkable modality of transformation, for people of all ages. Check out my video page on this website, for brief meditations and yoga flow sequences.  Through the East End's Mandala Yoga Studio, join  me LIVE Saturdays 9:45am Scoville Hall, which  streams on line, Meeting House Lane in Amagansett,  LIVE at Mandala's new studio for  small group (pre-register) Summer Sangha Fridays 9:45 am,  and  LIVE OUTDOOR  yoga Sundays 9am in Amagansett Square.  I may be found also on You tube, and  on  Zoom  every week Tuesdays 830am, for group practice.  I will be teaching Anatomy, and Philosophy, once again in our 200 hr. YA certified  Teacher Training program this fall. I offer private classes, in yoga,  yoga philosophy, anatomy, and wellness, in person and on line. Let's practice together today!
