Why yoga now ? Yoga practices relax our minds, and open our hearts in these difficult times. By engaging with each other, virtually at the moment, practicing stress reduction, through a variety of yogic modalities, including: physical postures, breathing and meditation, while learning timeless lessons of yogic philosophy, we stimulate the body, mind, and spirit, to rebalance, reboot, and reconfigure themselves into a place of less fear and greater ease. Practice, both alone and in a group, changes the very nature of a personality. Yoga is a remarkable process of transformation, for people of all ages.
