 Yoga - the  practice of embodying postures with alignment,  expansive  breath, and intelligent awareness,  to  increase our ability to access our well being, our heart, our transcendent self.  Through the  timeless  lessons of yogic philosophy, we learn how to  live in harmony with ourselves and others.
