 Yoga -  an aligned, strengthening, physical practice of postures, breath expansion, and meditation,  offers us the ability to move with confidence and well being. Through the  timeless  lessons of yogic philosophy, we learn how to  live in harmony with ourselves  in every moment.

My  public classes: LIVE  Fridays 8:30-9:30am, Saturdays 9:45am- 11 am,  at Mandala Yoga Center, in  Amagansett Square,  with  live streaming, and on  ZOOM   Tuesdays 8:30 - 9:30 am,  through the studio website, ( www.mandalayoga.com I teach private lessons, group classes, and workshops. Practice fundamental and advanced yoga postures, the anatomy of postures, yoga philosophy,  and mantra, in person and on line.
